The organization Atheist Moms is now off the ground and looking to expand! We have a number of volunteer opportunities available and are hoping to find amazing atheist moms who would like to be involved.
Atheist Moms was launched by Lauren Ell, a new mom who has a lot on her plate between caring for her beautiful baby girl and tending to other atheist organizations she manages. While she does find time here and there to devote to Atheist Moms, the organization will develop much faster with a few extra helping hands.
What volunteer opportunities are available? Currently opportunities include, but are not limited to..
- Writing content for the website
- Finding content to share on social media (such as parenting websites, positive quote graphics, and more)
- Connecting Atheist Moms with parenting-oriented blogs and organizations
- General brain storming to develop the organization
Requirements to be involved are to be a mom, or mom-to-be, and to identify as atheist. We are very thankful for any help that can be offered with these tasks! We understand everyone is busy too, so any amount of time given is appreciated.
